About Me & Muscles To Breathe

Briauna Red-Peters: Hey y'all, I'm Brie. I am 26 and I have Cystic Fibrosis, a life threatening lung disease. I created this blog in hopes to inpires others with Cystic Fibrosis to live a life filled with daily exercises and healthy nutrition. Muscles To Breathe is a non-profit I developed out of my passion for health & fitness. I was born and raised in beautiful Redding, Ca. I am blessed with such an amazing man in my life, my husband, Michael Peters, who helps me with everything. I also am thankful to be a momma to two amazing step-children, Macie and Preston. With the optimism from my family and my best friends I have learned to live life to the fullest. Things I love to do: sing, hunt, dance, snowboard, exercise, wakeboard, go camping, ride dirt bikes, and listen to my country music. I live by strong Christian values. Being surrounded by the people who love and support me everyday is the best thing a girl could ask for. I believe that Faith, Love, Hope and a Positive Mindset can get you through anything.
